Luke C. Moore High School

Luke C Moore SHS students have spent the semester working on photo essays documenting a wide range of issues and topics they are personally affected by, such as:

• Police brutality against youth of color
• Legalizing marijuana and how that will help more youth have access to jobs 
• Teenage pregnancy 
• The importance of clean and well maintained school bathroom facilities 
• Changing school discipline policies such as tardy hall that keeps students from being allowed to be in their classroom if they arrive late 
• How alternative schooling supports students who otherwise would not succeed in traditional public high schools
